ELLWOOD shortlisted for PARKIN PRIZE

Shortlisted for the prestigious 2017 Parkin Prize, Ellwood will join a small selection of artists for Aotearoa New Zealand’s premier award for drawing. Ellwood will present this third solo show at Melanie Roger Gallery in Auckland this August with his elegantly rendered and heavily contextualised charcoal drawings from the brilliant solo show at General Store Alabama Song.

We are pleased to announce our second participation in Spring 1883. This years edition will be held at Merivale Hotel, The Establishment Sydney. From September 6-9 we will take over the suite with new works by Irene Perez Hernandez, Antoine Aguilar, Juan Pablo Plazas, Ben Gavin, Ulf Saupe and Alexis Destoop along with a limited edition 12 inch vinyl pressing by Japanese composer Marihiko Hara.
